You can now email Callie directly, allow scheduling over existing calendar events, and have Callie automatically customize meeting titles.

• Privately delegate scheduling: Email callie@calendly.com directly or forward an existing conversation with private scheduling instructions. Callie starts a new email with you and your invitee to coordinate the meeting, keeping your initial instructions private.
• Book over your calendar: Tell Callie when it's okay to schedule over an existing event and Callie will offer those times. For example, “Callie, schedule a call with Sam tomorrow. I okay to book over my focus time block”
• Auto-update meeting titles: Callie will automatically update meeting titles based on the context you provide. For example, if you say, "Callie, book a call with Sam to discuss customer research," the meeting title becomes "Discuss customer research."

New features help Callie find times that work for everyone and handle one-time scheduling changes when needed.

• Time-zone awareness: Callie automatically accounts for your invitee’s time zone when suggesting meeting times.
• Mutually available times: When your invitee also uses Calendly, Callie highlights times that work for both of you with a green dot.
• One-time exceptions: Ask Callie to change a meeting’s duration or location, offer times outside your usual availability, or schedule over an existing calendar event.

We've updated Calendly's navigation to make it easier to find the tools you need.

• Find event types, single-use links, availability, routing forms, and more under Scheduling
• Access integrations and apps, and create or manage automations (previously Workflows) under Automations
• View upcoming and past meetings under Calendar, with meeting recaps available under Notetaker
• Use the Create button to create event types and meetings from anywhere in Calendly
• Access your settings at any time directly from the main navigation

We've made a few improvements to the Calendly app for HubSpot to help you keep contact records up to date and manage which meetings sync.

The integration now automatically adds invitee phone number and UTM source information to HubSpot contact records.

You can also choose to sync meetings from specific Calendly groups, rather than your entire organization.
